Birch Hills Apartments are DABCO's only pet-friendly apartments, and they are being built with household pets in mind.  Vinyl flooring, pet washing stations (in on-site laundries), and a limited number of outdoor kennels are among the pet-friendly amenities.  A fenced dog park is planned for the property late in the year. The property is located just north of Maple Valley Apartments on Westwood Drive.

There is no separate pet deposit.  There are no breed restrictions, as long as your pet has an excellent reference from a previous landlord.  Proof of spay/neuter and up-to-date vaccination record required before signing and/or renewing lease.  Pets will be subject to the same noise rules and regulations as their tenant/owners, and repeat violation will result in eviction.  Pets without references will be subject to management approval in advance.

Apartment floor plans are the same as for our Churchill Downs Apartments, with minor improvements in the townhouse floor plan.  These will be posted on our website soon.

The first Birch Hills apartments (12 1-bedrooms, 24 2-bedrooms and 4 townhouses) will be available for occupancy in mid to late June (2-bedroom) and August (1-bedroom and townhouses).  We are taking applications and signing leases now.
