this number for maintenance emergencies*, lock-outs
(when cannot other wise get key from roommate or friend) and
noise
complaints. Your call will be forwarded to our 24-hr on-call
staff.
*Emergency maintenance problems include:
No heat in cold weather;
Loss of electrical power;
Sewer backups;
Toilet clogs in apt with only one bathroom;
Major overflow from toilet, washing machine, dishwasher
or hot water heater, or any other water intrusion;
Gas leaks;
Lack of hot water;
Frozen pipes;
Broken refrigerator;
Wild animal, such as squirrel, in apt;
Natural disaster, such as flood, fire, storm or wind
damage;
Security-related problem, such as vandalism or broken
window, door, or lock.
